right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in good time. consequences of revocation
(1) In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the service received and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) to us, or only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking its properties and functionality, as is possible and usual in a store.
(2) The goods sent must be returned to us at your expense. In the case of sealed containers, only completely sealed containers will be accepted. The obligation to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. For you, the period begins with the dispatch of your cancellation notice or the goods, and for us with the receipt of the goods.
