Yacht Sealing
The ACS3000 Yacht Paint Protection Sealant is available in two versions:
- HD (Heavy Duty) for older paints with stronger UV protection and
- PPL (Paint Protection Light) for new paints with normal UV protection
The basic set seals approx. 50–60 m² and includes pre-cleaner and sealant. For larger areas, there is an add-on set with additional sealant.

Bronze & Brass Sealing
The ACS3000 Yacht Ceramic Protective Sealant for Bronze and Brass Parts was specially developed for heavily stressed underwater components such as propellers, rudder blades or pump housings.
It increases corrosion resistance – especially in saltwater – extends the lifespan of components, and significantly delays deposits and improves the antifouling effect.

Metal Sealer
The ACS3000 Yacht Ceramic Protective Sealant for Metallic Surfaces permanently protects all metal parts above the waterline of your yacht or boat.
Suitable for stainless steel railings, aluminium elements, cleats, bollards, anchors, fittings, anchor chains, window frames, and aluminium antennas.
The ceramic protective layer significantly reduces corrosion, oxidation, and environmental influences, and makes cleaning sustainably easier. Thorough cleaning of the surface before application is crucial for maximum adhesion and protective effect.

ACS3000 Yacht Ceramic Protection
ACS3000 protects yachts and boats where it really counts: from UV weathering, salt, dirt, and corrosion.

Yachts, Boats & Jet Skis
Boat owners and water sports enthusiasts face two challenges every year:
(1) How do I protect my watercraft from the effects of the respective waters and fouling?
(2) How can I protect the environment and the waters at the same time?
Anyone involved in water knows that human activities can put a strain on the aquatic ecosystem. Especially in yacht harbors, near shipyards, and in enclosed inland waters, this can lead to significant environmental problems. As a manufacturer, we have therefore dedicated ourselves to developing a sealant that meets both challenges.
With the ACS3000 Yacht Ceramic Protective Sealant, we present a product line specifically designed for maritime and aquatic influences. The focus is on the largest areas of the boat: the hull and the upper deck.

Seal the hull
The hulls of motor yachts, sailing yachts, catamarans, houseboats, and sailboats are often made of GRP (glass-reinforced plastic), which is valued for its high elongation at break and good elastic energy absorption. However, this also makes the hull the largest surface area vulnerable to dirt, corrosion, and fouling.
The outer protective layer of GRP, known as gelcoat, is a hard lacquer that protects the material from moisture, UV radiation, and scratch and pressure damage. However, gelcoats are not as resistant and durable as often desired. Various factors, including the base materials used in the lacquer, necessitate additional sealing, even for new motor yachts, houseboats, and sailing yachts. Weathering effects such as intense UV radiation, contamination from water, salt, and mussels, as well as air pollution, are the main causes of damage. In addition, there is aging, improper cleaning, corrosion, and insufficient maintenance. These influences can attack the gelcoat over time and require special boat sealing to protect the material from these stresses.

Antifouling
Find a boat owner who has never had to deal with fouling. Antifouling is undoubtedly the number one global issue.
Microorganisms, plants, and small animals prefer to settle on the hull of yachts – a phenomenon known as fouling. This problem reduces the boat's speed and increases fuel consumption. From an aquatic-ecological perspective, fouling also poses a threat as it can cause problems by being introduced into other natural ecosystems.
With a single application of the ACS3000 Yacht Ceramic Protection Sealant, you get long-lasting protection. We call this true added value. Therefore, we can confidently say that our sealant is more than just a replacement for traditional antifouling products.

Long-term protection
Intense UV radiation, salt, barnacles, air pollution, as well as aging and incorrect cleaning attack the gelcoat in the long term. Even new yachts therefore benefit from an additional protective layer.
A special boat sealant permanently protects the material and significantly facilitates maintenance and value retention.

Corrosion protection
Yachts and sailboats often have delicate components that are susceptible to corrosion. A typical example on sailboats and catamarans is stainless steel fittings mounted on aluminum masts without insulation. On motor yachts, corrosion is frequently an issue in the propulsion area. A classic example of this is the sterndrive, which is made of an aluminum alloy, while the propeller is made of stainless steel.
All-Round Protection for Your Yacht
ACS3000 Yacht ceramic coatings provide comprehensive protection for all relevant surfaces of your yacht.
From paint and gelcoat to underwater bronze parts and metallic elements above the waterline.
